Who We Are

IADMD®’s founders and directors are doctors; an elite group of dentists and physicians including board-certified specialists. All have been doctors for more than 25 years and have experience as heads of private practice in the US.

Nearly five years ago, John J. Ryan, D.M.D., founder and president of IADMD®, a private practice family dentist in East Hampstead, N.H., and dental examiner for the North East Regional Board of Dental Examiners (NERB), engineered a plan so dentists and physicians can better care for their patients. The plan's focus was to foster communication among dental and medical specialties and to include whole-body care into the equation. That plan took on the name International Assoc. of Dental and Medical Disciplines®, IADMD®, which marries the dental and medical disciplines— for the first time in history.

IADMD® allows all doctors to operate under the umbrella of one health care organization, an integration that Dr. Ryan believes never should have been segregated in the first place.

IADMD® doctors are working to put an end to the bureaucratic madness where insurers' often make last minute efforts, if at all, to provide health care coverage needed to sustain life. In the 21st century, for the U.S. to exist as the world's leaders of health care, it is wrong that we co-exist within a culture where it has become accepted that people are sacrificed to save money.

IADMD® has a plan to put two dentists and two physicians in front of every state’s insurance commissioner to contribute dental and medical protocols that affect insurance company policies’ coverages, limits, conditions and exclusions. As society tends to go with "what's covered" vs. "what's best" even if they incur excessive inefficient counter-productive trials, IADMD.org is fighting to free-up these insurers' enormous wasted outlays. The plan is to help insurers, government and all people recognize this momentous misuse and divert what would become its new-found funds back into the unbiased doctors' preferred treatment of choice as honored for payment, lowering everyone's cost of insurance and making it affordable for ALL.
